The X-trem Challenge comprises 2 categories: X-Trem and "Prépa" ! Here's Vilain team proto n° 141 with Laurent Crisci and Damien Mediondou who despite their team name come under the "Prépa" category...  Team n° 139 - pirate4x4.fr (Yves Meyssonet and François Grimaldi) also were also competing in the "Prépa" category...  You can't improvise 4x4 driving, every step has to be calculated, sometimes down to the nearest centimetre...  ... co-pilots give their all,  vertiginous slopes, members of the organisation team and spectators sometimes prefer to run to safety...  4x4 parts are put through much stress and sometimes break under the punishment...
