The dual-mass system is designed to reduce clutch vibration, due to the high inertia of moving parts around the flywheel. The major disadvantage of the dual-mass flywheel is its relative weakness caused by certain parts like the springs.
Our conversion kit converts dual-mass flywheels to single-mass. They contain a solid single-mass flywheel and a complete clutch kit.
Note that the flywheel is guaranteed for life.
