Description

Regularly checking the brake pads on your 4x4 is essential, and it's recommended to do this every 20.000 to 25.000 km, depending on how you use your vehicle. The most reliable way to check the brake pads is to measure their thickness after removing them. This way, you can compare it with the manufacturer's specified values. In most cases, a visual inspection is possible by just removing the wheels. After that, you have the option to replace them with the original "genuine" manufacturer pads or choose parts from an made by an equipment manufacturer who supplies the original car maker - described as OEM parts
