In turn, Euro4x4parts trusts the sponsored partner as to how they use the parts and accessories supplied (correct mechanical procedures), how they use the 4x4 as a vehicle (respect for others, respect for the environment), and their general attitude towards Euro4x4parts.

You might win a trophy or you might just win the immense personal satisfaction of having lived your dream!

What does a Euro4x4parts sponsoring agreement offer?
Euro4x4parts never offers monetary aid in terms of sponsoring. We offer material aid.
It could be in the form of a set budget for a selection of parts and accessories in our catalogue of of over 55000 parts. We can also offer a percentage discount on parts ordered. In some cases, both of these methods may be offered.
The budget and the discount are can be used from the moment they are set through to the 31 March of the following year.
If you are one of our sponsored teams, and also need parts "just in case", we are able to offer you a loan agreement. This loan is then made over a short period and for a maximum amount of 1000 € inc VAT, within the limit of our available stocks. You only pay for what you use and we take back the unused parts without any discount when returned to us on time and in their original packaging. The costs of return transport of these parts remain at your expense.

What does Euro4x4parts expect in return for a sponsoring deal?
Sponsoring must be a balanced exchange of between two partners, which is always a bit arbitrary, but Euro4x4parts is committed to transparency and fairness when it comes to sponsorship applications and answers all applications without exception.
What points do we look at when evaluating your application?
- Media exposure of the event
- or the events that the partner will be participating in or organizing during the season
- Experience and results
- already achieved (team) or success (event)
- Euro4x4parts brand visibility on the vehicle
- (as a minimum, Euro Racing 30cm or Euro Classic 30cm stickers on at least two sides of the vehicle)
- Web visibility
- of the sponsored partner: website, blog, forums, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
- Importance of the vehicle
- to the team: the 4x4 must be an integral part of the team and not just a support vehicle. For this reason, we do not sponsor vehicles rented for a specific event
Generally speaking, we are looking for teams that are ready to go that “extra mile” for Euro4x4parts with as we do with them.
Over and above the parts budget, Euro4x4parts is personally involved in the project and aims to be present at most events.
Euro4x4parts looks to a long-term commitment to an event rather as opposed to a one-off investment.
Last but least, Euro4x4parts serves as a media vector for the project via its own web site which enjoys 150000 unique visitors every month and across social networks (Facebook, Instagram).
When is it best to make you sponsorship application and for what period?
- You need to make your applications
- between 1 year and 1 month before the start of the event or your season.
- Make you application for the
- whole season / calendar year if you are a team or if your club/organization plans to hold a number of events throughout the year.
- Be sure to make a new sponsorship application
- each year as many aspects can change from year to year.

Your application has been successful. Now what?
Our email correspondence serves as a contract between both parties. You agree to respect your part of the deal; we do the same on our side.
On the basis of this agreement, you can contact our sales team by phone +33 559451144 or via the contact form on the website to order the parts and accessories you need.
If you are unable to comply with your part of the deal, you agree to notify us as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Please note that a sponsoring agreement cannot be automatically carried forward. For example, in the event of postponing your participation in an event from one year to another, the the sponsoring agreement is not automatic carried forward. If you do not respect the visibility of our brand as agreed, whether on vehicles, the field or the web, we can at any time call an end to the sponsorship contract.
