This privacy policy applies to all personal data, as defined below, collected on www.euro4X4parts.com , the online sales site of FRANCAISE DE PIECES, (hereinafter referred to as “the website”), in stores, trade shows, exhibitions and where appropriate, by telephone.

Personal data collected

The type of personal data collected varies according to whether you visit the website, fill out forms in shops, fairs or exhibitions, or you provide it during telephone orders and depends on the services you use.

    This information is kept for a period of 10 years from the date of collection.

  • - Data collected during telephone conversations, placing an order, or when requesting information or customer service assistance ;

    This information is kept for a period of 3 years for potential clients and 10 years for clients.

  • - Data collected during website navigation: the IP address of your device, your internet service provider, pages visited pages on the website, purchases made, the categories of products present on the pages you visit and the time spent browsing.

    This information is kept for a period of 1 month from the date of collection.
