The Euro4x4parts Guarantee

We are proud to sell quality parts. The minimum guarantee for all the parts we sell is 2 years from the date of delivery. For some aftermarket parts, it can be as long as 5 years or even "for life"!

With as little legal jargon as possible, here are the details of our guarantee:

Scope of the guarantee

Except where noted otherwise, products we sell on this site are guaranteed against material or manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the date of delivery. Any intervention during the warranty period does not extend the warranty period.

The original Euro4x4parts.com invoice is required for any guarantee-related claims.

To benefit from our guarantee, a defective product must be submitted to our after-sales service. The authorization from the after-sales service is a prerequisite for product replacement or repair.

Under the terms of our guarantee, we will replace or repair the product free of charge, subject to the decision of our after-sales service. This is the limit of our obligation to you.

Guarantee exclusions

Defects or deterioration caused by natural wear, by accident, or by use or modification that we have not specifically recommended are also excluded from guarantee coverage. This includes erroneous assembly, defective maintenance or abnormal use.

Any dispute over the application of this warranty will be submitted to arbitration by an automobile expert approved by the insurance companies, at your expense.

After-sales service

If you need to return a product, contact us as soon as possible.

All returns are subject to our approval. Products returned without our prior agreement will not be processed, and will not result in credit or refund.

No returns will be accepted more than 1 month after the delivery date.

Once it is agreed that the product should be returned, we will send you a return slip. Returned goods must be accompanied by this slip, placed inside the package.

Returned goods must be in the condition in which they were delivered. In the event of damage (even partial) to the original packaging, any credit or reimbursement will be automatically reduced by 25%.
It is essential to provide adequate packaging when returning a product. The primary packaging of the piece is only a protection of the piece itself.

Unless advised otherwise, the cost and risks of returning an article are the responsibility of the purchaser.

It sounds serious, but it just boils down to this: we love and respect our customers and we'll do what it takes to get you a part that works and meets your expectations.
