When adventure and solidarity go hand in hand!
From the 28th of March to the 5th of April 2015
Rally Clásicos del Atlas combines competition with solidarity to provide humanitarian aid to those most in need in Morocco, those who live in the villages and hamlets of the Moroccan Atlas Mountains.
This competition tests vehicles and drivers across the beautiful landscapes of the Atlas mountains and dunes of southern Morocco. Be aware! These are series vehicles under 20 years old. The competition highlights the precarity of these forgotten villages. Everyone is involved in the distribution of equipment, clothing, medicine, school and sport supplies.
It’s a cultural, sporting and solidarity rally open to everyone. No other event gives so much for so little! It combines humanity and solidarity tourism, competition, adventure and sportsmanship.

Teams and vehicles
A team must be made up of two adults and a vehicle registered before the 31st of December 1995. The maximum weight authorised is 3.500kg. The preparation of the vehicle is not regulated but it must conform to the requirements of each category.
Categories :
- 1.1: 2WD cars, vans and trucks, over 20 years old registered before the 31st of December 1995 with a maximum weight of 3.500kgs.
- 1.2: 2WD cars, vans and trucks, over 30 years old registered before the 31st of December 1985 with a maximum weight of 3.500kgs.
- 2.1: 4WD cars, vans and trucks, over 20 years old registered before the 31st of December 1995 with a maximum weight of 3.500kgs.
- 2.2: 4WD cars, vans and trucks, over 30 years old registered before the 31st of December 1985 with a maximum weight of 3.500kgs.
Solidarity
The participants must carry the aid material that they have collected and manage the difficulties of transporting this extra weight.
The material will be distributed to schools, health centres and associations chosen by the rally organizers. More than 2,600 kg of materials were distributed in previous editions.
The route
For this sixth edition, the organizers have put together a superb round trip that will run along the Atlantic coast and the Atlas mountain range.
Just like last year, there will be liaison and regularity stages, all shown on a road book that will be given out at the beginning of each stage.
