A 4x4 raid to unwind!
The Trophy Roses des Sables is a 100% women's sporting challenge, an orienteering rally raid using a road book and compass. It's accessible to everyone: students, working women, overworked mums, young adventurers and dynamic grandmothers, from all over the world!
The Roses are setting off to conquer the Moroccan desert, to experience a unique adventure where sharing, solidarity and surpassing oneself take on their full meaning!
This Trophy is not a speed race it's an orienteering event, where navigation is essential. A road book is distributed every morning, and the Roses must not only be able to decipher it but also choose the best possible route to get to the CPs, the one mapped out by the organisers, which is not an easy task!
The dunes, rocky terrain, wadis softened by the heat and a number of traps make the adventure exciting and unforgettable. There are over six stages including the famous marathon stage which plunges the participants into a 48 hours autonomy challenge!
Once again we're delighted to be following the Roses from the 10th to the 22nd of October 2023, in Morocco of course!

The Trophy Roses des Sables supports various causes particularly sensitive to women.
The charity aspect has been an essential driving force behind Désertours from the outset and is an integral part of each edition of the trophy. By taking part in this solidarity rally in Morocco, the Roses work directly with six associations, including the "Enfants du Désert".
