Fitting an Equip'addict snorkel to a Nissan Patrol Y61

A snorkel isn't just for crossing fords. It's also very practical for reducing the amount of dust and sand sucked into your vehicle's air filter when you're off-roading.

In this tutorial, we explain how to fit an Equip'addict snorkel to a Nissan Patrol Y61 TD6.

This tutorial is valid for a number of 4x4 models.

To fit the snorkel on your 4x4, you need :

. flat screwdriver: large and small

. Phillips screwdriver: large and small

. 10 and 13 mm open-end spanners

. adjustable spanner

. 4" hex key

. hammer

. punch

. drill

. 3, 4.5 and 8.5 drill bits

. rivet pliers

. ratchet spanner + 8 and 10 mm sockets

. extension leads: small and large

. small file

. saw

. scotch tape

. marker

. seal
