Description

The conversion from a dual-mass flywheel to a single-mass flywheel is a modification aimed at enhancing the reliability of your clutch, particularly for off-road driving or when towing.

A dual-mass flywheel is initially designed to dampen vibrations within the clutch due to the significant inertia of its surrounding moving parts. However, its major downside is the relative delicacy, especially in parts like the springs. Our kits for converting from a dual-mass to a single-mass flywheel include a robust, solid flywheel and a specific, complete clutch kit.
