Control and agility
Trial off-roading is a discipline in its own right. Competitors must complete a natural or manmade course of varying lengths.
There is no time or speed limits; the difficulty is to successfully overcome the obstacles.
The obstacles and the difficulty vary according to the category, as not all the vehicles are equipped in the same way. Some benefit from equipment, such as differential lockers and independent brakes. The National 4x4 Trial and Buggy Championship (UFOLEP) comprises of the Regional Championships (UFOLEP) and the National Final, which this year is in Royère de Vassière (23) on the 12th and 13th of September. According to special regulations published at the beginning of the season, finalists from each region can participate in the national final.
