Rally London to Vladivostok, across nearly 20 countries, aboard a Citroën AX 4x4 from 1995, is it possible?
Yes, it’s the challenge that two young engineering students at the Higher Institute of Aeronautics and Space, Anthony and Aymeric have set themselves!
It’s a tribute to the unforgettable "Croisière Jaune" in 1931, organized by André Citroën to testify the success of man and machine!
The expedition is with the "Mongol Rally" teams and there is a charitable action to help orphaned children.
Freedom awaits Antoine and Aymeric this summer. What drives them? They love travelling, there’s beautiful places to visit, helping others is fulfilling, they’re mad about mechanics… in short they’re young and they want to live life to its fullest!

Who are they?
Two students from the Higher Institute of Aeronautics and Space. They are mechanical enthusiasts and adventurers. Two young men that enjoy giving, sharing and meeting people!
Antoine and Aymeric have organized the expedition in memory of André Citroën’s great feat in 1931 the "Croisière Jaune".
Route
17.000km through the Czech Republic, Turkey, Iran, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, and Russia. 8.000km on tracks and over high mountain passes, all aboard a 4x4 AX!
The first part of the journey will be the "Mongol Rally" a "charity rally" where the teams choose their route to Siberia.
Participants evolve in complete autonomy, they must use ingenuity to meet and help people in need. Each team undertakes to offer two important donations to recognized associations.
Their vehicle
A superb AX 4x4, 1L TU petrol from 1995, with 140,000 kilometres on the clock.
The engine has been changed recently, there’s still the cylinder head and the rear wheel bearings to do. No problem, there are good mechanics on board!
