The world, the 4x4, the family!
Land Aventure is Lambert and Marine, a young couple travelling in their Land Rover Discovery TD5 and their family who will join them with two other Land Rovers, a Defender 90 and a 110! They have prepared and equipped the vehicles themselves.
Short term they’ll be touring the most beautiful parts of Morocco in May 2024 then Turkey followed by a country in the Balkans.
For them, travelling by 4x4 goes without saying. As Lambert aptly puts it, "Traveling by 4x4 means freedom and the ability to reach remote paradises—all while exuding style!"
Whenever they can, they explore the most beautiful corners of France and Europe in search of the best tracks and camping spots. Now they've set their sights on Morocco, where they're keen to test their vehicles on the Sahara dunes.
Their objective: Over 3 weeks, discover as many gems as possible, whether in the sand, in the oases, in the mountains, or in the most beautiful imperial cities of Morocco.

Lambert Meyer, a professional photographer, is a passionate enthusiast of mechanics and adventures. He enjoys preparing vehicles to explore new places as often as possible, regardless of the weather. Together with his partner, Marine Blanchard, they have conceived a family project to explore the world.
The Route
Trip to Morocco
The couple will leave for Spain on April the 28th ,2024 to catch the ferry from Algeciras to Tangier. They plan to visit the magnificent cities of Chefchaouen and Fez before heading towards Guercif. From Guercif, the real adventure begins with a challenging and lengthy track through the Sahara to reach Boudnib further south.
Next stop, M'Hamid, before venturing through the famous Dades Gorges and their refreshing oases. Then, they'll explore the Valley of Roses before heading to Marrakech via Ouarzazate. Finally, they'll return to Tangier for the journey back to the European continent by the end of May 2024.
Their vehicle
"The vehicle, a Land Rover Discovery TD5, was purchased in 2021 in its original state without any previous modifications, with 7 seats, 5 of which were quickly transformed into a mobile studio. Even though it's relatively small we chose to customize the interior to sleep and eat inside, as we primarily travel during spring and autumn. However, depending on the destinations and seasons, we often find ourselves having to spend more time indoors.
We have a "shell" tent with an opening and closing time that would make Quechua tent campers envious. Lambert has devised a system that allows us to have hot water using the engine's heat. Additionally, we have all the necessary equipment for a self-sufficient journey in Africa, including a snorkel, a winch, a refrigerator, an external battery, a water tank with a pump, and multiple optimized storage spaces.
We consistently strive to improve every square centimetre of our vehicle to optimize it and attempt to make it the perfect 4x4 for us."
