4x4 Travel - Mongolie Guide 4x4

Mongolia, yes but well prepared!

Cécile and Laurent already know Mongolia well. They will be drawing up a guide for 4x4s and camping cars. It will be the first of a series devoted to Asia.

They are leaving on the 15th of June and will spend 4 months in the beautiful country of Mongolia.

Why Mongolia?

"4x4 travellers are becoming more and more attracted to Mongolia for its savage and majestic scenery. Its increased popularity is also due to the fact that people are turning away from the African continent because of security and health problems"

In this vast country where neither English nor French arespoken and where maps are approximate, youll need to know how to get about and which routes to choose.

"To date there isn’t a guide for travellers with their own vehicle, who want to travel safely knowing the specificities and challenges of each itinerary"

Their vehicle

They have chosen a solidToyota HZJ78, equipped partly byEuro4x4parts!

Cécile and Laurent told us: "to face up to the conditions in Mongolia we will need the robustness and the off road qualities of the HZJ 78. This vehicle will go anywhere! We’ve equipped it to allow us to live independently for a number of weeks."
